Job Brief

We are currently looking for a Building Foreman, who will be responsible for supervising civil construction, maintenance and repair works.

Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling, assigning, and supervising personnel carrying out construction and maintenance works.
Planning and organising materials and tools needed by personnel for construction and maintenance works.
Ensuring that all works are completed as per schedule.
Ensuring that all works are done to acceptable engineering standards.
Enforcing building and safety regulations
And any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement and skills

Grade 12 Certificate
Craft Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Building Construction.
Proven work experience as a Building Foreman
Paid up membership of the Engineering Institute of Zambia.
