Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of School preferably a retired teacher from a Government Institution to lead our institution into the future. Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Aquinas school vision and values.
Communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
Act as a liaison between parents and the school concerning academic, extracurricular, and social matters involving our students.
Demonstrate empathy and compassion to foster an inclusive school environment.
Adapt to new educational trends and manage change effectively.
Make informed, timely decisions in the best interest of the school and the parent.
Uphold high moral Christian standards, values and ethical practices.
Foster a collaborative culture, encouraging teamwork and valuing contributions from all school members.
Resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining a harmonious school environment.
Manage school resources efficiently to achieve educational goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree or better in Education, Educational Leadership, Educational Management or a related field.
Additional certifications in school administration or leadership are highly desirable.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in educational leadership roles, as Head of School, Deputy Head, or Head of Department.
Proven track record of successful management and leadership of international schools.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of educators and administrative staff.
