Skills Experience and Personal Attributes
GCE O level and a diploma or degree is an added advantage.
Fluent in either Swahili, Chichewa, Somalia, French or Amharic (Ethiopia).
Clearly state your fluent spoken language in the Subject.
Demonstrate excellent customer orientation skills.
Flexible to work any shift (day or night); weekends and/or public holidays.
Pass a rigorous interview including above average typing speed and computer knowledge scores.
