Tyre-King, a leading automobile tyre retailer is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead our B2B sales and drive growth across and beyond our network of 14 outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales and market share growth
- Lead strategic marketing and business development
- Manage and motivate the B2B sales team
- Forge strategic partnerships and improve brand reputation
- Ensure exceptional customer service and profitable sales
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing multiple branches in Sales and Marketing function
- Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in the tyre industry is a plus
- Able to work in a dynamic, changing business environment
- Membership with ZIM or CIM
- SADC driving license
