Position: Real Estate Sales Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to buy or sell properties.
- Provide clients with comprehensive real estate solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property values and trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and property listings.
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful closing of sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Compensation:
Commission based with K5000 per sale.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for real estate marketing.
- High level of self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Must be ready to start immediately.
