Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Clerk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out clerical operations under sugarcane Department.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
-To implement assignments given by the Farm Manager
-Keeping of records
-Timebook Management
-Ensure timely capturing of stores requisitions
-Reconciliation of Haulage, tickets and stores drawing
-Issuing of Cane Cutter Food, issuing PPE to the general workers
-Ensure timely preparation of SHERQ minutes for the section
-Writing Departmental reports
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
-Full grade 12 certificate with at least five (5) credits
-Diploma in record management or related qualification
-Zambian with Green National Registration Card
-Minimum of one (1) year work experience
-Good communication skills
-Abale to work with Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
