We are seeking a competitive and trustworthy ICT Sales & Marketing Specialist to retain current clients and generate potential new clients through physical visits, email, phone calls, and messaging. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage retail and corporate sales, as well as customer relationships.
Generate leads and convert them into sales using various communication media such as personal visits, email, phone, etc.
Possess a good knowledge of ICT products.
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.
Learn and effectively use the company’s CRM software.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
Identify prospective clients and achieve business goals by generating business from existing clients.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Negotiate and close deals while handling customer complaints or objections.
Required Candidate Profile:
Preferably 2 or more years of sales experience in a computer store or IT hardware company.
3 or more years of sales experience in either corporate or retail sales.
Fluent in English.
Experience in both corporate and retail sales is preferred.
