The company is now seeking to recruit talented, Vibrant and exceptional DESIGNER FOR RENEABLE ENERGY PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM PRODUCTS.
The ideal Designer will need to take initial solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage system concept ideas and turn them into fully detailed construction ready designs. Working on residential, commercial, and utility scale solar projects, the Designer will have a steady pipeline of diverse projects to design. He or she will need to Coordinate with the Sales Specialist and customers, the Designer balances the necessity of a customer solution with the efficiency of standard practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing of our Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage System project in residential, commercial, and utility scale
- Verify initial system layout and gear location specified by sales Specialist.
- Complete system designs for Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage projects including site plans, mechanical racking and attachment plans, single-line electrical drawings, specification of Balance of System (BOS) location and interconnection details, and labeling.
- Interface and provide streamlined project information and detailed bill of materials to the procurement Department.
- Provide operations, service and sales departments with engineering support as needed.
- Understand the optimal design applications and design limitations of our standard products, and lead the evaluation of alternative products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS degree in EE or related discipline preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously
- At least 2 year of design or engineering experience related to renewable energy Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage Systems preferred.
- Any additional experience with designing electrical systems is preferred
- Competence in Auto CAD is mandatory
- Competence in Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage System is preferred
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of photovoltaic (PV)Battery Energy Storage systems.
Other Additional requirements and construction practices.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Valid driver’s license.
