Reporting to: Call Center Team leader

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to clients.
Manage and resolve client’s complaints
Sell and market products.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Provide product and service information to clients.
Research required information using available resources.
Research, identify, and resolve client’s complaints using applicable system.
Process, queries, and application (Employment verification, New employer, Pep application and Data check).
Route calls to appropriate personnel.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends to clients calls.
Follow up client (Call reminders on loan repayments).
Complete call logs and reports.
Encourage clients to bring payments (Payables and arrears).
Candidate profile
Required
Certificate in Public relations or any business-related field
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
