Commercial Assistant (Business Development) United Trillion Zambia Limited

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, providing actionable insights to the team
  • Manage and update system with client information, sales activities, and pipeline status
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking performance metrics and recommending improvements
  • Customer relationship management, build customer relationships and manage complaints
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with clients and internal teams
  • Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other business documents
  • Provide administrative support to head of commercial, including calendar management and travel arrangements

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is desirable
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of presenting and influencing at all levels
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Highly driven and goal-oriented
  • Robust business understanding and ethics
