Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, providing actionable insights to the team
- Manage and update system with client information, sales activities, and pipeline status
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking performance metrics and recommending improvements
- Customer relationship management, build customer relationships and manage complaints
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with clients and internal teams
- Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other business documents
- Provide administrative support to head of commercial, including calendar management and travel arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is desirable
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of presenting and influencing at all levels
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools
- Highly driven and goal-oriented
- Robust business understanding and ethics
