Duties and Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction and Design Management:
– Oversee the design and production of graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media.
– Ensure that all designs align with brand standards and production best practices.
– Develop and execute design solutions, including imagery, charts, infographics, and multimedia elements.
2. Project Management:
– Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
– Handle budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
3. Team Leadership:
– Supervise and evaluate the performance of design and production personnel.
– Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
– Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
4. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
– Consult with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
– Present design concepts and progress updates to clients.
– Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
5. Quality Control and Compliance:
– Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
6. Technical Oversight:
– Manage the technical aspects of media production, including equipment and software.
– Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Educational Background: a bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in graphic design or media production, with some supervisory experience.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), project management tools, and media production equipment.
4. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
