Responsibilities
Installation/upgrading of CCTV, Access Control, LAN and Electronic/Electrical equipment in various field locations
Configuring hardware and software components after installation
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Training customers on how to use the equipment
Build positive relationships with customers
Qualifications
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
Technical Diploma or Certification
2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
