CERBA LANCET ZAMBIA
THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED AT THE LUSAKA MAIN LABORATORY
Key Competency Requirements:
Relevant Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology/Systems
Minimum two years relevant working experience
Must have a strong background in IT troubleshooting
Advanced computer literacy
Ability to communicate effectively
Must have good telephone etiquette
Must be customer oriented with good interpersonal skills
Must be able to travel throughout Zambia
Must have a valid driving license
Ability to work in a pressurized environment
Attention to detail and maintain Confidentiality
Ability to analyse data
Scope of Work:
Provides expertise and instruction on use of hardware and software to system users
Troubleshoot network and/or system outages
Installation and maintenance of all hardware
Action helpdesk tickets
Installation and setup of new sites across the country
Travel to all sites to monitor and maintain all IT equipment
