Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with precision and care.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
Handle cash transactions and operate the register, including processing payments and managing change.
Assist in the preparation and serving of food items as needed.
Ensure inventory levels are maintained and inform management of any shortages or equipment issues.
Uphold the restaurant’s quality standards and adhere to established recipes and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a register.
Experience as a Cashier is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
