Job Summary
The main purpose of the job is to assist with various administrative tasks, maintaining employee records and helping with recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Proper management of piece workers to ensure adherence with labor laws.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Compile and update all employee records.
Handle complaints and grievances.
Other Competencies/Attributes required:
Maintain high levels of integrity and Professionalism.
People Centric and bold.
Result Oriented and Problem Skills.
Able to multi-task and organized.
Qualifications: Education/Technical Skills and Experience:
Diploma in human resources management with working Experience of not less than 1 year at similar level.
Member of the Institute of Human Resources Management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must know labor laws
Computer literate.
Good understanding of HR Procedures
Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical fitness.
Demonstrated capacity to function well in a team and contribute effectively to team efforts.
