Bulk Mining Explosives Limited, a subsidiary of the Omnia group of companies is a leading manufacturer and supplier of bulk emulsion explosives.
We are looking for a responsible AXXIS Supervisor who will oversee the workflow at our site in Mamba District of Southern Province.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for coaching subordinates, resolving work operations and serving as a line manager between management and workers
Ensure the safety of all personnel within your area of responsibility
Attend and contribute to safety meeting.
Manage labour and time effectively.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum of a diploma in mining engineering
Experience of not less that three years in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills.
Proactive, safety conscious and fully committed to duty.
Membership to the Engineering Institution of Zambia
Holder of a drilling and blasting certificate
