KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent shall be responsible:Be the first point of contact as HR Relationship Officer for all departments
Prepares employee contracts for business unit and ensures that they are compliant with both MSL policies and Statutory requirements
Administrate the HRIS system and maintain orderly records of all personnel both digitally and physically and provide reports for management decisions
Support onboarding of new employees by preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required documentation as directed by the HR Officer
Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, review resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.
Plan and coordinate the resolution of disciplinary proceedings from business unit
Support implementation of Safety, Health, Environmental initiatives with the organisation.
And any other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Full grade (12) certificate;
Basic computer skills
Diploma or better in Human Resources Management or related field
Must be paid up member of ZIHRM
At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role
