Ensure building are well maintained and facilities are kept clean .
Perform maintenance and light repairs
Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
Supervise General workers on their day to day responsibilities
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
Undertake light installation or simple plumbing works (e.g. replace leaking taps, repair cabinet doors)
Repair or service garden equipment or appliances
Assist contractors with electrical, plumbing or solar equipment repairs
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
Identify and report the need for major repairs
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as handyman
Experience with hardware tools, Garden equipment (mowers, trimmers and hedgers) and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or CCTV systems
Able to perform basic to intermediate calculations and can write a report
Good communication ability
Well-organized and able to solve problems independently
Grade Twelve Certificate (School Certificate)
Preferrably candidates living around Chelston, Avondale, Waterfalls or Silverest surrounding area.
