ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Products/Services: Promote all FINCA products and services to potential clients using approved promotional tools and methods as directed by FINCA’s management.
Loans operations/portfolio management: Responsible for managing the entire lending cycle, including loan initiation, processing, monitoring, and recovery collections for clients within their portfolio.
Savings mobilisation: Grow the savings portfolio to meet and exceed established targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
College Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any other relevant Business Related Diploma
Experience in Sales and Marketing, or should have worked in a client –facing role.
Strong analytical skills and pays attention to detail
