Tumeny is a fast-growing fintech company that simplifies online payments, event ticketing andsms messaging for enterprises and SMEs. We are looking for experienced DSAs with strongsales understanding in Telecoms, micro finance or FMCG to join our company who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, relentless, good communicator and customer focused. This position is based in Lusaka, Zambia.
Job Details:
a DSA, you will manage the selling of our products and services, onboarding of customers/users in an assigned territory. The main responsibilities of the role are to increase sign ups, transactions and customer base while maintaining customer service and long-lasting customer relationships. The DSA will be responsible for promoting the company brand and ensuring all company messages are accurately communicated to customers.
Duties
1. Onboarding of new customers and training on using the Tumeny Platform.
2. Field visits and distribution of marketing materials to Customers.
3. First point of contact by customer experiencing any technical fault.
4. Identifying new business opportunities within assigned Territory.
5. Monitor usage of platform by customers to ensure zero churn.
6. Prepare sales and activity reports for management.
7. Promote the Tumeny brand through Activations, market storms and other marketing activities.
Qualifications And Experience
- Certificate in any related field or a Grade 12 Certificate with Experience in Sales and Marketing – fieldwork
- Experience in customer care service
- Experience in field sales and store activation
- Able to work independently while being a team player
- Ability to recruit potential DSAs.
- Strong Geographical Knowledge of the market
- Proficient in computer use.
Work Hours: 8
Remuneration: Transport Allowance and Attractive commission.
