About the Organisation

Our Company is a wholly owned Zambian Micro Finance Company, registered with Bank of Zambia and having been in existence since 2019.

In order to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance for improved service delivery, The Company seeks to recruit a qualified Human Resources Manager to join the vibrant and dynamic team of professionals to be based at the company Head Office in Lusaka.

Job Summary on desired performance and responsibilities

· Within this role, you will lead the development and implementation of HR policies, terms of service, and staff code of conduct to promote fairness and compliance with labour laws.

· You will oversee recruitment, job analysis, and staff audits to ensure optimal individual and company performance.

· You will conduct training needs analysis, provide professional development guidance, and develop staff mobility strategies to enhance performance and retention.

· You will ensure accurate payroll inputs, manage staff remunerations and oversee statutory deductions.

· You will provide logistical support, manage office resources, and develop vehicle management and office inventory systems.

· You will implement wellness and HIV/AIDS programs to promote safety and health of others: ensure adherence to safety and health regulations for all staff.

· You will coordinate the development of individual and departmental work plans to boost staff productivity.

· You will be required to make operational and technical decisions related to human resources management and administrative support services.

Reporting Relationships: This role will be reporting to The Chief Executive Officer

Desired Competencies/Qualifications/ Experience

· Full Grade 12 School certificate with credit or better in English and Mathematics.

· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration or a related field.

· A master’s degree in the similar fields will be an added advantage.

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.

· Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws and administrative functions.

· Proven experience in payroll management and staff development.

· Member of the ZIHRM

· Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
