These agents will play a key role in promoting the company’s products and services by creating customer awareness, presenting offerings to potential clients, and closing sales. They will be responsible for driving customer engagement and contributing to the company’s growth through direct sales efforts.

1. Role’s Purpose:
The Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for creating customer awareness of Company’s products and services. They will be responsible for presenting company products and services to potential customers and closing sales.
2. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Enroll new customers and ensure sales are closed for the particular day and week
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback.
- Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
- Communicate with leads and customers via email
- Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
- Advise on appropriate purchase options
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
- Advise on appropriate purchase options
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
- Source and work customer referrals
- Any other duties assigned.
3. Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma
- At least 1- 2 years of relevant or Graduates with a zeal to learn.
- Strong organizational skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality for all company and staff proprietary matters.
