A fast growing Micro Finance Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong background in managing operations, particularly within the microfinance sector, to lead and optimize our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments and branches.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure efficient customer service and smooth workflow processes.
- Manage risk, compliance, and internal control systems.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in the microfinance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
