FRONT DESK OFFICER/RECEPTIONIST
MEF is looking for Front Officer/Receptionist on contractual basis at Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation Campus in Mindolo Kitwe Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation
Reports to: Head of Hospitality
Duties and Responsibilities.
- To sort all incoming mails and deliver them to the write office or department
- To provide a professional & efficient reception service
- To project a friendly welcoming attitude to all staff and visitors by directing or escorting them to the correct department or office
- To provide information about the courses offered by MEF and the enrolment requirements there of
- To maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to the MEF administration building
- Collaborate with the Personal Assistant to the Executive Director on issues relating to bookings of accommodation and other related issued concerning the MEF Principal Officers.
- To maintain a proper filling system for all documents found at the Front Office Desk
Qualification and Experience
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate, GCE
- Diploma in Hospitality/Front Office Desk/Reception Management
Desirable Skills and Abilities
- Front Desk or Receptionist background
- Outstanding oral/written communication and interpersonal skills that enable positive working relationships.
- Development and fulfilment of the service data to be prepared in daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Excellent organizational skills
- Microsoft Office suite skills are essential
AGE: 25 years and above
Commencement of duty: 1st October 2024.
Background: Strong Christian background and able to work in an Ecumenical Environment.
