Role Overview
As our Corporate Affairs Coordinator, you’ll be crucial in ensuring the seamless flow of information and resources within the organization and with external stakeholders. Acting as the central point of contact, this role is essential in maintaining strong connections and effective communications across all levels. both internal and external, as well as providing executive support, and overseeing administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle multiple responsibilities and work closely with the executive team to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:
Information Management:
- Develop and manage internal communication channels to keep the team informed and engaged.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
- Foster strong relationships and ensure consistent communication to align stakeholder interests with company goals.
Event and Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and manage corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Public Relations and Media Management:
- Handle media relations and manage public relations efforts to enhance the company’s image.
- Draft and distribute press releases and other external communications.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee office operations and support executive functions.
- Maintain organized records and files, including editorial and project calendars.
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage, not a must.
- Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role is an added advantage, not a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms is a must.
