We are seeking an Administrations and Sales Assistant with a strong background in agronomy and crop protection to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and handling inquiries.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Process transactions using SAP software and POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Agrodealer and walk in clients.
- Support sales and marketing teams with product information and documentation.
- Maintain inventory and stock records related to crop protection products.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the agriculture or agribusiness sector.
- Proficiency in software such as SAP, SAGE and experience with POS machine handling.
- Strong knowledge of crop protection chemicals, agronomic principles, and pest management practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
