Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Solar Installation Technician/Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for both experienced technicians and those interested in training and developing their skills in solar installations. Successful candidates will receive full training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
Assist in installing solar panels, inverters, and related equipment
Conduct routine maintenance and repair on solar installations
Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
Work collaboratively to complete high-quality installations
Document work and report system performance
Qualifications
Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred but not essential for trainees)
Previous experience in electrical work, construction, or related field is a plus
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and safety procedures
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Physically able to work in various conditions and at heights
Driver’s license is a bonus
