Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials in warehouses and/or storage facilities.
Transport materials between various locations within the facility and assist with inventory management.
Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on forklifts, ensuring they are always in safe working condition.
Ensure that products and materials are stored and organized properly to prevent damage.
Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to company safety policies.
Assist with manual handling tasks when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with a valid forklift certification/license.
Familiarity with operating different types of forklifts (counterbalance, reach trucks, etc.).
Knowledge of warehouse management and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate logs and records.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
