Supply Chain/Logistics & Procurement Manager Tur Argan Farms Limited

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain /Logistics & Procurement Manager to oversee and manage the full supply chain function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, particularly in the agriculture environment, and will play a key role in optimizing the company’s supply chain strategy.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, planning, and logistics.
– Execute procurement activities with an emphasis on cost, quality, delivery time, and the required service.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders.
– Ensure that order levels are optimized and maintained according to the production plan.
– Stay informed about industry regulations related to supply chain management and ensure compliance.
– Analyze supply chain data and performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-effective solutions.
– Maintain accurate records and generate reports for all supply chain activities.
– Support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in executing the company’s supply chain strategy.
– Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve any issues related to shortages, missed, or late deliveries.
– Coordinate transportation and logistics.

Qualifications:

– Over 6 years of experience in a senior management role.
– Proficient in computer use.
– Possesses a valid driver’s license.
