Manager, Operations (Enterprise & TSF) HandVic Investment Limited

The position shall report to the Manager, Project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a full grade twelve (12) certificate; and
• Minimum of a Diploma in any field but mining related would have an advantage;
• Valid Blasting Licence
• Valid First Aid Certificate

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a supervisor role and 1 year in a similar role;
• Must have worked and coordinated mining machinery for production activities;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control, direct, plan, and coordinate mining production activities;
• Ensure safety and environmental impact compliance;
• Manage all mine production activities;
• Track and control projects within the approved scope, quality, budget, and schedule;
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and define business plans;
• Coordinate multiple heavy duty equipment on multiple sites;
• Ensure compliance with the mining regulations, Safety policies and other applicable laws; and
• Several other functions as advised by the supervisor.
