Job Summary: Ciela Resort & Spa takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Key

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Handle reservations and guest requests efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Opera.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma in hospitality management or better.
