Senior Administrative Assistant Agriserve Agro

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support, including document management, filing, and report compilation.
-Draft professional correspondence and handle internal communication.
-Organize and maintain records and assist with various clerical tasks.
-Collaborate with senior staff, managing schedules and prioritizing tasks to support smooth daily operations.
-Ensure office systems and paperwork are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-A minimum of 5 years in a similar administrative role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
-Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to task management.
