Duties :
- Data entry of truck cargo details into the system.
- Uploading of trucks onto the system with full details when they depart.
- Completion of trips in the system when trucks arrive at their destination.
- Generating reports from the system for external users (clients) and internal users (management staff).
- Auditing & correcting errors made by other users on the system.
- Data Analysis.
Skills :
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must be able to use tables & formulae. Knowledge of pivot tables is a plus.
Good typing speed and must be generally comfortable using a computer.
Decent geographical knowledge of Southern & Eastern Africa.
Qualifications :
Certificate or Diploma Holder in any field. Logistics, Business Admin & IT preferred.
Working Experience :
At least 1 year of work experience. Internships are also taken into consideration.
Working Hours :
48 hours per week (Including one day on the weekend)
