Sales Assistant Kestria Zambia

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our client’s team. If you have a passion for sales and are experienced in using software like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems, this is your chance to bring your skills to an exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with sales inquiries and processing transactions
Accurately recording sales, managing invoices, and tracking orders
Utilizing QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software to manage sales data and support financial reporting
Assisting in maintaining inventory records and generating sales reports
Providing excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar sales role
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting/sales software
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
