JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RECEPTIONIST

REPORTS TO: Sales and Marketing Executive

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing front office operations, including reconciling daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a similar role
Proficiency in ezee Absolute software
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

Performing reconciliations of daily transactions and with accounts
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
Perform various administrative tasks to support hotel operations
Conducting guest stay audits
Invoice preparations and Closing
