Job Description
Angel Oak Technologies is seeking a skilled and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and maintain efficient inventory management. If you have a background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, and excel at optimizing processes, this role may be ideal for you.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
* Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
* Supervise and develop warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and productivity standards.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on inventory, expenses, and warehouse activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
* 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related field.
* A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Certifications in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are advantageous.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Knowledge of inventory control techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, and cycle counting.

* Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
* Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Quick decision-making abilities to troubleshoot logistics and inventory issues.

* Physical Fitness: Physical capacity for warehousing tasks is a plus.
