Scope and General Purpose:
JOB PURPOSE:
To promote the image and services of Mika Group of Hotels to ensure that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts. Reaching a larger audience by creating and enhancing digital media platforms for marketing its goods and services.
Liaises with:
Marketing Manager, Mika Hotel’s management, Central reservation and unit front office staff.
Main Duties:
Digital marketing
- Formulation of strategy to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and updating the website
- Planning and monitoring the company’s presence on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.). Social media platforms (posts) must be pre-approved by assigned Manager before use.
- Launching optimized online advertisement to increase company and brand awareness.
- Prepare online newsletter and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Constantly check on guest feedback and professionally respond to inquiries and queries as well as compliments.
- Produce statistics from campaigns.
- Intensify monitoring of social media performance in relation to business brought in from the online platforms.
- Invite as many individuals and organization’s to the page as possible.
- You will be required to perform any other lawful duties as given to you by your superiors.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports.

- Must possess exceptional communication skills
- Good command of written English for communication purposes

- Able to work long hours
- Good knowledge of all digital marketing channels and tools
