About the role:

Our Client is currently seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage human resources functions within their cleaning services company, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and workforce management. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized, compliant, and efficient workforce while ensuring high standards of employee satisfaction and retention in the cleaning services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for cleaning staff and administrative positions
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation programs
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment of wages
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift schedules
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations
  • Coordinate training programs for cleaning staff and supervisors
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
  • Manage employee administration
  • Conduct performance evaluations and maintain review schedules

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in service or facilities management industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with shift scheduling and workforce management
