Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in housekeeping, preferably in a major hotel
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Age: 30-40 years
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and maintenance
- Smart appearance and professional demeanour
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- Manage linen and inventory
- Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens and appliances
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Deliver exceptional customer service
