1. Senior Human Resource Officer
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee recruitment and retention strategies, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.
Implement and manage performance management systems, ensuring effective feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture.
Provide expert advice and support on complex HR issues, including conflict resolution, employee relations, and organizational development.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support company growth and development.
Manage HR reporting, including employee performance, turnover, and retention metrics.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (required).
Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) (required).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role, with proven expertise in HR strategy, operations, and leadership.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and work effectively with senior leadership.
Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, performance management tools, etc.).
2. Art and Design Lecturer
Responsibilities:
Teach art and design courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the academic curriculum.
Provide individual guidance and mentorship to students, fostering creative development.
Assess student performance through assignments, practical work, and exams.
Conduct workshops and tutorials to enhance students’ skills in art and design.
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate modern techniques into the curriculum.
Assist with the development of academic resources, including tests, assignments, and course materials.
Participate in departmental meetings and academic activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Art and Design or a related field (required).
Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Art and Design or a related field (required).
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching or working in the field of art and design.
PhD: A Doctorate (PhD) in Art and Design or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of design principles, techniques, and creative processes.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
3. Primary Education Lecturer
Responsibilities:
Teach primary education courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning outcomes.
Provide individual guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their academic and professional development.
Assess student performance through assignments, practical work, and exams.
Participate in curriculum development and enhancement initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
Assist with academic resources development, including tests, assignments, and course materials.
Engage in academic and departmental activities, including research, workshops, and conferences.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field (required).
Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Primary Education or a related field (required).
PhD: A Doctorate (PhD) in Education or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or working in the field of primary education.
Skills:
Strong understanding of primary education curricula and teaching methodologies.
Experience with diverse student populations and inclusive teaching practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

4. Early Childhood Education Lecturer
Responsibilities:
Teach early childhood education courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards for early childhood education.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a deep understanding of child development and early learning strategies.
Assess student performance through assignments, practical work, and exams.
Participate in curriculum development and enhancement initiatives specific to early childhood education.
Stay updated with the latest research, teaching methodologies, and best practices in early childhood education.
Assist in the development of academic resources, including tests, assignments, and course materials.
Participate in departmental activities, academic research, and community outreach initiatives.
