Madison Finance Company Limited, one of the leading Non-Bank Financial Institutions accredited by the Bank of Zambia (BOZ) seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and professionally experienced candidate for the position of FINANCE MANAGER.
Key Responsibilities
- The role is responsible for but not limited to the following
- Financial Reporting to the Central bank, Management and Investors
- Manage all matters of tax compliance
- Manage the receivables and payables process
- Analyse in detail the business performance and advise management accordingly
- Monitor cash flows and ensure availability of cash to enable the company meet its obligation to banks, suppliers and depositors when they fall due
- Manage and Review the integrity of the GL
- Liaising on all Matters with External Auditors
- Preparing of Financial Statements
- Fixed assets
- Treasury management
- Determining optimum pricing on liabilities
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Full grade twelve certificate
- Membership with ZICA
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and ACCA, CIMA or CA Zambia graduate Master’s Degree is added advantage
- ACCA or CIMA membership
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of which 3 should be in a Banking or MFI and at supervisory level
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
