Lead Sales Executive
Company: King Express Couriers
Location: Ndola, Zambia
Salary: ZMW 1,500 per month + Sales Bonus
King Express Couriers is a new and exciting courier company looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Lead Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate sales for courier services to and from Ndola
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
* Draft comprehensive sales reports
* Work within a defined budget
* Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of courier services
* Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
Qualifications and Skills:
* Grade 12 certificate
* Degree in a social science field (preferred)
* Proven sales experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* A valid driver’s license (preferred)
