We are looking for energetic Retail Sales ladies at our Kitwe and Lusaka Stores who will bring experience and energy to the business.
Duties:
- Serving customers by developing rapport, building customer confidence, providing accurate information, and helping with product selection
- Meeting the store targets and personal targets.
- Demonstrating knowledge of products and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace or retail floor
- Performing all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately
- Contributing to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming product flow
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer questions or issues regarding product features and benefits
- Resolving customer complaints
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma required in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies from a – creditable
- University/College. (Mandatory)
- Police Criminal report (Mandatory)
- Previous experience with creditable references
- Product knowledge or worked for loan company as Loan Officer an asset
- 1-3 years related experience.
- Work references must be provided during interviews
- Can work weekends and Mall hours
