SALE AND STORES CLERK – Lusaka.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keeping the records of in and out materials.
- Interaction with customers over the counters.
- Responsible for issuing materials to internal customers (Contract Dept.).
- Responsible for issuing materials to counter customers (External Sales).
- Coding of purchase materials.
- Maintaining Bin Card Records.
- Maintaining the minimum inventory level and informing the purchase department once the minimum inventory level is reached.
- Filing of the entire stores document in box files on daily basis in a proper way as suggested by management.
- To keep the stores neat and clean with the help of helpers.
- To follow the rules laid by management for the smooth and controlled working inside the stores.
- Any other work required by the company.
Qualifications:
- A university degree or advanced diploma in Sales & Marketing and/or Purchasing & Supply.
- Computer literate – proficient in the use of Microsoft office package.
- Knowledge of JOBSYS OR SAGE and inventory system.
- Knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration will be of great value.
- Must be a good team player.
- Experience of 3 years or more in same or similar position exposure to electronic consumable sales.
- Must not be less than 25 years old.
