Medlink Services Limited is a Medical Scheme Administration company that specializes in the implementation of cost-efficient and effective employee medical scheme administration services alongside Wellness Programs. We are looking to hire a Sales Executive who will be required to expand the company’s customer base and sales revenue. Qualified individuals possessing the requisite experience are invited to apply.
Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining business relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Accountabilities
- Meeting sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Designing and implementing regional sales strategies and plans, including developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships, tracking sales activity, and maintaining accurate records using CRM software.
- Stay updated on the company’s products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, and educate customers on these offerings. Recommend suitable solutions based on the needs of potential customers.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales and market responses, continuously evaluating performance to facilitate review of strategies and plans, and providing regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborating with the marketing team in creating and distributing marketing materials, including digital items. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
- Providing support in the design and development of new products and services by providing information on possible product improvements and changes based on market needs and preferences, including analyzing competitors’ product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Providing support and advice to the regional client relations unit in designing and implementing programs to facilitate sustained customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Experience
- Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 credits.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales.
- Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM).
- Valid Driving Licence.
Knowledge and Skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
