Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Officer at El’dinero Finance will be responsible for generating leads and opening new loan accounts. This role involves conducting field visits to clients to understand their financial needs and recommending suitable El’dinero products. The Sales and Marketing Officer plays a vital role in marketing all El’dinero Finance products. The officer will engage with both existing and potential loan clients daily, providing them with brief and accurate information about El’dinero, its loan products, and any authorized updates. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Job Specifications
The jobholder will be responsible for the following:
- Generate sales leads for loan products by identifying and engaging with potential customers
- Conduct presentations to corporate clients on El’dinero Finance’s range of financial products
- Manage and create content for all El’dinero social media accounts
- Assist customers in completing application forms for all El’dinero Finance products
- Clearly explain the terms and conditions of products to customers
- Gather and relay customer feedback to your supervisor within 24 hours
- Perform any other responsibilities as requested by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of microfinance products and lending regulations
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency with Canva
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Work Hours:
- 8 hours
