A leading Beverage manufacturing company situated at Plot No. 37426, Mungwi Road in Heavy Industrial area, Lusaka, is URGENTLY looking to recruit suitably qualified individuals to fill the positions of PANEL BEATER X 2.
DEPARTMENT: Transport/Workshop
REPORTING TO: Transport Manager
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE
1. PANEL BEATER X 2
- Assess and repair damage to cars and trucks, and repaint them if needed.
- Check vehicles for exterior or frame damage, carrying out necessary repairs to restore the vehicle’s condition.
- Mend scratches, dents, and other damage to the paintwork.
- Perform full body vehicle repairs, including the chassis and any structural car damage.
- Replace damaged auto body parts as an auto body mechanic.
- Licensed to operate recovery vehicles.
- Experience in spray painting, general welding, and brazing.
- Ability to operate mechanical, hydraulic, and metalworking equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of automotive industry safety specifications and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Craft certificate in metal fabrication/welding and panel beating.
- 5 years of experience in a busy workshop of a transport company.
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving abilities.
