Key Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers.
- Handle the day to day customer transactions.
- Taking customer orders and assisting them with processing payments.
- Maintaining and balancing cash and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Assist kitchen in preparation of basic dishes.
- Putting takeout orders in containers or bags.
- Assist in clearing tables.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the front of the house.
Qualification
- Grade 12 certificate
- Hospitality related certification is an added advantage.
Requirements
- Pleasant and friendly personality.
- Good customer service skills.
- Team player
- Sober character
- Must live in or around Kabwata area.
