We are looking for a Sales Person to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth within the chain store and supermarket channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans and strategies to maximize sales to assigned chain stores and supermarkets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at wholesales, chain stores and supermarkets, including category managers, buyers, and merchandisers.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement to secure the most favorable terms.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our products.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay informed of industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with marketing to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the creation and execution of effective in-store promotional activities and demonstrations.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets within the wholesale, chain store and supermarket channel.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and consumer buying behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google workspace.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
