Branch Manager MFS Credit

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Chingola branch. This role involves overseeing branch operations,
driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and profitability.
• Implement and maintain operational processes that enhance service delivery.
Business Development
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch’s customer base and loan portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities within the local market.
• Build and maintain relationships with individual and SME clients to drive business growth.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the branch team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Set clear targets and monitor staff performance against goals.
• Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and implement strategies to minimize risks.
• Address operational and financial risks in a timely and effective manner.
Customer Service Excellence
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Promote a customer-first culture within the branch team.
• Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
Reporting and Compliance
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch operations.

Qualifications & Skills Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in microfinance, credit management, or banking.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage branch operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
